The e-discovery company CloudNine has released updates to its cloud-based review and productions platform CloudNine Review that includes what the company is describing as the next generation in self-service productions. The release also enables Review customers to receive consistently fast service levels with 10-times faster imaging, the company says.
Highlights of today’s release include:
Self-service production. Today’s release provides customers with enhanced self-service features to complete document productions efficiently and independently at any time of the day or week.
CloudNine says its customers are able to perform simple and complex productions via this self-service feature. The company also provides production services, should clients need it.
Accelerated service levels. CloudNine says this release provides 10-times faster imaging. When that is combined with the enhanced self-service productions and the speed of the company’s processing engine, CloudNine Explore, Review delivers consistently fast service levels, the company says.
Enhanced user experience. This release includes improvements to the user interface and simplified navigation that provide a more intuitive and informative user experience, CloudNine says. Workflow automation increases productivity for CloudNine Review customers and reduces the consumption of critical hardware resources.
“Combining our internal resources with the substantial capabilities of our service partners, CloudNine strives to set the highest standard in e-discovery technology products and services,” said Tony Caputo, CloudNine CEO. “The enhancements in the latest Review release make it an indispensable and practical option for legal and e-discovery professionals, where time and cost have a critical impact on their bottom line.”
The new CloudNine Review features are available immediately to customers, partners, and service providers.
