On the latest installment of How It Works: Breaking news from the contract lifecycle management company Agiloft, which today announced its 2021 winter release, featuring new Connected Experiences for easier enterprise integration, enabling teams to collaborate on contracts within established applications and ecosystems.

Joining me today to provide an overview of Connected Experiences and demonstrate how it works is Andy Wishart, chief product officer.

As Wishart explains, for enterprises to maximize the value and speed of contracting, they must boost collaboration by bringing more departments into the CLM process, and one way to do that is to bring CLM functionality to them in the apps they already use.

Connected Experiences does that through:

  • A new Microsoft Teams app, enabling users to approve contracts with one click and receive key updates and notifications directly from Teams to reduce approval cycle time.
  • The redesigned Agiloft Contract Assistant for Word, allowing users to create new automated document templates, build libraries of standard and fallback clauses, and provide guidance to improve negotiations, all within Microsoft Word.
  • A new Salesforce app, enabling teams to quickly get up and running on Salesforce.
  • The new Microsoft Dynamics Connector and Tableau Connector, designed to empower better business by making it easier to access contracts throughout the enterprise.

Watch below as Wishart demonstrates all these features.
