OpenText, a Canadian company that specializes in enterprise information management, has acquired Denver-based e-discovery company Catalyst Repository Systems, a provider of e-discovery technology for corporate legal departments and top law firms.
The purchase price of the acquisition is approximately $75 million in an all-cash transaction, according to a statement by the company. Catalyst will be integrated into OpenText’s discovery products, the statement said.

Barrenechea, OpenText CEO & CTO, said in a statement.

Catalyst was founded in 2000, when it spun off from the law firm Holland & Hart.
