The McGranes worked with Fireman & Company on a white paper “Knowledge Management with PacerPro.” which examines the benefits of PacerPro in streamlining workflow and driving new insights. Before PacerPro the routine 
distribution of Pacer documents related to a clients litigation, involved a 10 step process of clicking, labeling,saving and distributing. Worst of all, the same process might be duplicated across the team. And with all this clicking and saving, documents still might be missed… creating a malpractice risk.
